We chose this Hotel based on the Hotels website - the photos are better than the reality. Foyer - ripped wall paper, tired furniture, bored staff. Bedroom - much larger than other hotels we have stayed at in Rome on previous visits, comfy bed, large bathroom. Plasma TV, large, which we did not expect! Breakfast - lots of cakes and coffee, but anything savoury not included in the price, despite our voucher saying "Full breakfast Included" . Location - close to all main attractions, as in a 10 minute walk to Trevi fountain, 5 mins walk to the Spanish Steps, and lots of great restaurants and shopping right outside the door. I loved the staircase, and the ballroom, but overall i have to say it is an overpriced Hotel, otherwiuse i would recommend it for the size of the rooms, and the overall ambience. Would love to have seen it in its hayday.
