My husband and I were on our honeymoon last September 2003 and we toured Rome and ended up staying at Zara Hotel right on Via Zara, Roma. We couldn't beleive our eyes as to the place looked so creepy. It was like being on the Adams Family. The whole atmosphere inside was gruesome. Too much red carpeting, the key to our door was like a medieval times key and took forever to open. We would have been better off sleeping on a bed of rocks that's how bad our bed was, and not to mention we had no television. There were 2 tv's in the whole room and not one of them worked. Imagine that!!
The breakfast wasn't bad and front reception was friendly, but besides that....not a place to spend a honeymoon night that's for sure...not for the money anyway. It cost us 150 Euro for the night...RIDICULOUS!!! You know what you can get in T.O. for that kind of money!!!
