My wife and I stayed for 5 nights in June. We had the room with the terrrace and found it to be excellent. The facilities for the guests are very well thought out and one could not ask for more. Travelling by train in and out of Rome was not an inconvenience. David drove us to the station and was... more

I am a little late in writing this review but I wanted to add to the already long list of excellent comments about Anne's Place. If you are looking for a very pleasant, clean B&B, just a short 25 minute train ride outside of Rome, you really should consider staying at Anne's Place. Anne and David are terrific hosts who... more

My wife & I have just returned from a weeks trip to Rome which was the first time either of us had been to the city. Any fears we previoualy had about venturing into Rome on our own were quickly 'erased' by the depth of experience & valuable advice and suggestions provided by Anne & David. They offer an airport... more

Returned to visit Rome again and as we enjoyed staying at Annes Place 2 years ago we booked up again. WE were met at the airport by David - Anne's husband who offered to take our cases etc back and drop us off in ROME centre (no train connection from the airport) - we decided to go to go back... more

Anne and David were the ultimate hosts during our recent stay in Italy. We spent 4 days here prior to our Med cruise departing from Rome. We had made prior arrangements with David for pickup at the airport. We had missed our connection due to a flight delay, but David cheerfully was at the airport to greet us 5 hours... more

I am so late in writing this. We stayed at Anne's place last September. We were on our way to an Adventure by Disney tour (fabulous, by the way) but we came into Rome three days early. We didn't even go to Rome those first three days we stayed at Anne's Place. The first night (we arrived around six pm)... more

My wife and I stayed at Anne's Place for four nights. It was great. The train into Rome was easy and being away from the city was nice and quite in the evening after a busy day of sightseeing. We had the room upstairs with the verandah and it was excellent, only wish we could of used the verandah more.... more

We traveled to Rome in May for 4 days pre-cruise and then a 12 day cruise to the Eastern Med and then 4 days in Rome post cruise. I figure if I we are flying across the pond in the cheap seats we might as well make it worth our while. The first 4 days were spend with Anne and... more

This was our first trip to Europe celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and we traveled with friends celebrating their 30th. As in making any plans to a location you have never been, there was some anxiety about staying at a B&B as we generally stay in hotels. Let me say, this was a great decision. All the positive comments you... more

My wife Dee, & our friends Al & Joyce returned from a 21 day trip to Germany and Italy on May 20, 2008. Not wanting to drive anywhere near Rome, I looked for a B&B which would offer secure parking and the ability to take the train into Rome. My find was Anne’s Place in Palestrina which is about a... more
