As no rooms were available in the Main Hotel, we were put in the so called "Palace" -Hotel around the corner. Tiny and dark rooms with a mini Mickey -Mouse -bathroom ,made you feel totally uncomfortable ...at a room rate of € 265,-- per night !!! The so-called breakfast - which was served outside the hotel in a bar -was... more

our travel agent recommended this hotel to us... we stayed in the town home suites one little block over from the front desk... and I struggled to find info before we left, but even on TA I was coming up with hotel Condotti and the palace (all owned by Condotti) but was having trouble finding town home suite info. so... more

Hotel was ok but entrance to room was down the street & around the corner - felt very removed from the hotel proper. The continental breakfast was not good either. The worst experiences, however, were with the front desk manager (her name was Paula). As a result of a booking mixup between the tour operator and the hotel, payment had... more

We stayed in the apart-hotel in Via della Croce (E225 per night deluxe double/E425 junior suite). Having read some nit-picking reviews asked for rooms on 4th floor and found rooms to be clean, comfortable and adequately sized. The front door was round the corner from the main reception but the hotel reception staff could not have been more helpful or... more

Location of this hotel is really excellent, however, we literally had a room with NO windows. I guess there are some rooms with windows, but I really do not think that is to much to ask. Breakfirst is in nearby caffe, which is really 3 meters from hotel doors, but, besides coffee which is excellent, pretty boring, especially taking into... more

Had a great time with the extended family at the Condotti Palace Apartments, where we stayed four nights recently. We had one suite and two double rooms, all on the fourth [and top] floor. The fourth floor has a "Roof Garden" which is actually a large, covered and airconditioned enclosed terrace, equipped with seating sofas, coffe tables etc. My granchildren... more

Stayed 3 nights. Our room was around the corner in the annex which is just as convenient as the hotel itself. The room was clean and modern and just big enough to be adequate. The bed was firm and there was plenty of hot water. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is near the Spanish Steps, very convenient... more

We booked a room at palace; and on arrival they changed it to a small dumpy room around the corner. We refused to stay there. When we asked for a refund they refusedto give one. They said when you book a room at the condotti palace they can put you in any of there other hotels. We lost about three... more

First of all, may I say that we are always disappointed when we are unable to satisfy guests expectations. Perhaps at times it is our fault other times it is the guest or agency that makes the reservation that does not do his or her homework. resulting in false expectations. Our annexes are loaded in several reservation systems under the...

Friendly and helpful staff (English speaking); breakfast in room or in "Snack Bar" across the street; reception in different building; nice modern rooms; rooms were fairly clean. We booked via Venere, and paid €110 per night for a double room, which we found good value for money. more
