Had a great time with the extended family at the Condotti Palace Apartments, where we stayed four nights recently. We had one suite and two double rooms, all on the fourth [and top] floor. We booked a room at palace; and on arrival they changed it to a small dumpy room around the corner. We refused to stay there. When we asked for a refund they refusedto give one. They said when you book a room at the condotti palace they can put you in any of there other hotels. We lost about three... more

Friendly and helpful staff (English speaking); breakfast in room or in "Snack Bar" across the street; reception in different building; nice modern rooms; rooms were fairly clean. We booked via Venere, and paid €110 per night for a double room, which we found good value for money. more
