I initially booked a deluxe double for three nights but upon arrival they upgraded me to the junior suite on the second floor which was fantastic. Lots of space, great bathroom and great decor. I booked another night later in the week and requested a standard double. They put me in one on the 4th floor. It was ok, it... more

The rooms are cramped, noisy, dirty & poorly maintained. It looks chic from the exterior, however, that is where it ends. When we arrived, the room was adjacent to a myriad of air conditioning condensers and noisy beyond belief. We asked if we could be moved, which apparently we could at another $US100 per night (we were already paying I... more

Just 2 minutes from the Spanish stairs and therefor right in the centre of Rome, this small but very nice hotel in a quite side street of the Via Conditi (shopping area). Maybe it was because we got an upgrade to a junior suite (we do not know why), but our stay was perfect. Our room (junior suite) was huge... more

Me and my partner , we stayed at the roof top suite of Intown. It's a small hotel in the centre of Rome. The place is just beautiful! Perfectly located ( believe me I've been in Rome 4 times the last 1,5 year ) , with the most helpful staff I have ever met, very clean and with high quality!... more

We booked two double rooms for four nights. We checked in very late, but still were presented with a welcome drink. All was going well up to this point. We were given our keys, and left to decide which rooms to take, having read previous comments about room 101 we were aware of the noise issue. At this point we... more

My Husband and I stayed at the luxury house/hotel for three nights. The hotel is in a fabulous location, a 5 minute walk from Spagna (The Spanish Steps) underground station. The staff are attentive and friendly. We were given an upgrade to a junior suite at no extra cost and were offered breakfast in our room if desired, which we... more

Intown Luxery House is a 6 room hotel very central located in the middle of the upper-class shops (Gucci, D&G, etc). All interesting sites you would like to visit when in Rome are within 25 minutes walking distance, no need for taxi or underground. Hotel is close to the Spanish Strairs but away from all the growth. Besides the very... more

We stayed here for four nights. Paid 300 EUR per night for a double room. This is a very small boutique hotel (or guest house) in a great part of Rome, a couple of minutes walk from the Spanish steps and Metro station. The first room we were given, 101, was right off a small room which was functioning as... more

I am glad I discovered this hotel in the internet, Actually this hotel falls under the category of apartments. The lobby and elevators are small but the suites are big enough for 4 persons. The location is great away from the noise in the spanish steps but just a quick walk to it. It is near all the great shops... more

This is an excellent hotel in all respects. It's in a great location - away from the tourist masses but within easy, flat, walking distance from most of the main sights. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Had trouble with a non-working jacuzzi, and were promptly offered another room. Otherwise a fantastic experience and our hotel of choice when we... more
