“No Hostel!!!! Beware!!!!”

I have made a reservation for this hostel. When we arrived it was already midnight. We found Giolitti 202 and THERE WAS NO HOSTEL!!!!! Doors bell's button was glued up with paper with name FALSO on it. Midnight, heavy baggage and nowhere to sleep... Terrible expierence. more

i wanted to write this review so that ppl looking for a cheap, clean hostel would know to go here. this place comprised of all of these things. the staff were really helpful and nice. the bathroom was clean. the only problem was that there was only one bathroom for about 12 ppl but i never had a problem with... more
