To begin with- Based on advertisements we were hoping to find the location of this hotel in close proximity to the city centre. However our efforts proved futile when apparently no one in Rome, none of the staff members we spoke to at the informations office in the train station, as well as the tourist information knew the location of... more

Our stay in Hotel Degli Amici is the worst of its kind we have ever experienced. What makes us say that!! To start with, the a/c in our room didn't work at all so after a long and tiring day, we ended up sleeping in an uncomfortably warm room.
