The service here sucks!! There was 4 people working at the front but they could only serve one at a time. The other 3 ppl would just ignore you. The breakfast was 12 euro if you didn't pay for it ahead of time on the internet.... The eggs were horrible and the rest was just dry bread and buns etc.... more

This was a disappointed experience and I would not recommend this so-called "4 star" hotel to others. I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. My basin in my bathroom was broken but I have called the reception for the night and no one attended to fix the problem. The receptionists were quite rude too !!! more
