Great location -- literally across the street from the Vatican museums and 5-minute walk from St. Peter's; subway within a 10-15 minute walk, and a major bus terminal nearby with buses going to all the main attractions in Rome. 2. My husband and I stayed at the RomAntica in the middle of May. We had been traveling France and Italy for two weeks and were quite beat when we reached Rome. Now I know why this hotel is highly recommended by users...A few steps from Roma Termini, very good room, recently renewed, very nice!!! Also: you can get most of what you need in this area (market, money exchange, and even a mall in the Termini...). In summer, the air conditioning is really necessary.
