I was really surprise for the price we paid at this BB, to find our room uncomfortable, kind of organize but in fact dirty, at night time the room was really cold and the bathroom... oh my god! dirty from every corner possible, the hairdryer dust was sitting from months( to be nice), no comments in shower area and sink,... more

I just came back from Rome and stayed at Eva's room. The location is excellent right down the street from Spanish Steps, walkable to Trevi Fountain and Patheon. They have a lift, so no problem if you can't do steps. Easy access to the Metro. Breakfast was brought to our room every morning, either at 8am or 9am. Coffee, juice,... more

We booked Eva's Rooms based on our impressions of their website. We were pleasantly surprised to find that Eva's Rooms was all that it had been made out to be on the site. The Location is truly unbeatable. Situated just a stones throw away from Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, The Shopping on Via Condotti, and within very easy walking... more

Nice friendly B&B. Very clean and pleasant. The amenities are a little sparse as is the breakfast. The location is great for a tourist. The staff is friendly and helpful. They arranged for a car pickup at the airport which worked perfectly. I would use them again, the only change is to get a room not facing the street. more

We stayed in Eva's Rooms this past June (2007). We had Room 1 and Room 3 because we are a family of 4. Eva's rooms are on the main street of Vernazza and easy to find. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. We even got our own spot to hang our wet things out the window! Room... more

My husband and I selected Eva's Rooms because of its central location, and the location did turn out to be really nice... This hotel gets an above average rating as a result. It was close to the tourist spots - Spanish Steps & Trevi Fountain... close to the metro and close to shopping :) We were really excited to return... more

When we arrived in Rome we were thrilled with just how great the location of this hotel is. Just a block and a half from the Spanish Steps and subway in one direction and another couple blocks from the Trevi fountain in another direction. There were lots of great places to eat around and it felt very safe. The cost... more

If you would rather see Rome than lounge about in a hotel room then this is the place for you. It's clean. the beds are comfortable. You absolutely cannot beat the location. If you like to walk you can easily walk to trevi fountain, the colleseum and a host of other sites including the posh shoppiong area filled with the... more

We stayed at Eva's rooms Oct 9-11, 2006. Myself, my wife and 2 kids (ages 10, 12). We stayed in their 4 person room, which consisted of a queen bed and 2 single beds in one fairly large room. I liked Eva's rooms for the functionality -- quiet, clean rooms (ours faced into a courtyard alongside the hotel) and great... more

This hotel was in a PERFECT location...just two minutes from the Spanish Steps and therefore...two minutes from the metro...which is just minutes from so many wonderful places! The room itself was just ok, but the hosts were very helpful. We paid extra for a room with a frescoed ceiling...which was nice since it provided a nice view while on our... more
