We have just returned from a 5 night stay at the Family House Hotel in Rome. Although we were quite early arriving at the hotel our room was ready and we were able to take our baggage straight up. stayed in room A3 - friendly service team - room was clean, service made the room every day - blankets could be warmer (wintertime) - price was good (50 and 55 euro double shared bath with breackfast) - metro, bus, tram nearby - good location would come back again more

Quite a disapointment. Not sure where the room pictures on their site come from, there is nothing charming about this hotel! Our room on the thrid floor (no lift, no help with the luggage) was barely clean enough to sleep in and, there was mold in the shower. This place is disgusting, stay somewhere else if you possibly can the expense will be worth it. I stayed here last week over New Years.
