This hotel has the best location in Rome. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is just enouph to get you going. The rooms are older but the service and location make up for any inperfections. Walking distance to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. There is a small refrigerator, tv, and a cooling unit in the room. Would... more

We loved the Hotel Pincio, there were 9 of us, including 5 children, and we stayed for 4 nights. What a fab wee place! A little dated some would say but it was very clean, and fresh sheets and towels daily. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpfull too. We really liked the terrace where we had breakfast and the... more

While the Pincio's proximity to the Spanish Steps & Trevi Fountain make it convenient for tourists, nothing else makes it memorable. Please note that you need to walk up one flight to get to the lobby, and the old building has been retro-fitted with a tiny elevator that barely accomodates one person and their luggage. My wife & I recently... more

Hotel Pincio doesn't look like much from the outside, and is the case with most hotels in Italy, but once you get inside you get a true feel of old Italy. The elevator shaft is in the center of the building and highlights how things once looked long ago. You're greeted at the top of the stairs by the owner/son... more

We spent three nights at this hotel and found it to be perfect for our needs. The location was very central - we were able to walk to most sights or take short cab rides and we also utilized the nearest metro stop a few times. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The street noise might be a... more

Staff were helpful and friendly. We arrived very early and asked if we could leave our bags with them. When we got back the bags had been taken up to our room. The room was very large. Cool marble floors and a spacious bathroom too. Air conditioning was efficient and quiet. Staff were happy to give directions. Breakfast on the... more

Hotel Pincio is literally a 2min walk to the Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain. In the center of Rome, with a great view of Rome on the patio during breakfast. We had a quad room in the center of Rome at a minimal cost. I will definately be staying here again. more

We stayed at the Pincio from May 11th thru the 18th and had a wonderful time. We were lucky enough to get the only room on the top floor, right across from the breakfast mezzanine and it was excellent. Room 74 is a corner room at the back of the building with two windows and a beautiful cross breeze. In... more

Location excellent for walking to the Spanish Steps & Trevi and not far from all of the ancient sites, we easily walked tofrom the Vatican Cty. Our first morning I was out running at 6 in the Borghese Park, which is just up nearby Pincio Hill & behind the Steps. An hours canter before a shower & breakfast which is... more
