Booked this B&B based on previous reviews. Slightly worried as we had a terrible experience with the Terravision coach from Ciampino airport. After buying tickets, we had to wait close to two hours for the coach under the sweltering heat. A lady asked for a refund which they rudely ignored. When the coach came, everyone swarmed forward cutting queue and... more

Pros and cons - Pros: Great looking rooms, clean and roomy and well appointed. Very unusual setting on 4th floor of huge old building. Quaint antique elevator or flights of wide, long stairs. Makes you feel like you are in the 'real' Rome. The bed linens were fabulous - smelled so fresh and felt so smooth that you wanted to... more

Great location, we were able to walk to our hotel from the train station and walk to many of the historical sights. Nice to have the coffee and fridge accesible at all times. Highly recommend this hotel! more

This hotel is a great little find, clean well airconditioned and in great location, walking distance to all sites. Termini station only a few minutes walk away. Took us a little while to find it, big brown door, but we asked directions along the way and found it. The reception is only manned in the morning but this doesnt cause... more

We booked 1 night for our final night of our trip as we wanted to be near the train station. We had previously had 3 nigts in Rome and stayed at Re Di Roma (see review) then travelled to Sorrento for 11 nights. Very unusual B&B its on the 4th floor of a building. We looked for the big wooden... more

Arrived in this B&B straight from train station. A short walk, about 400m, and luckily I had read here it is a large brown wooden door. it is hard to find if you don't have this information. Make sure if you are going you have clear directions. Couldn't believe the reception we received. We were met by Loretta who explained... more

My wife and I spent three nights there after arriving by cruise ship, along with my parents and my sister and her husband. The hotel arranged for a limo pickup at the port and transport to the hotel as well as arranging a Vatican private tour, bypassing the mile long line to enter 'from the street'. As we were checking... more
