Hotel is well situated, close to city center (20 min by foot) and really close to Termini station which is convenient to go to airport or take metro. Rooms are renovated, really clean, but not so big. Buffet breakfast is ok. more
The hotel is about 5 minutes away from Termini station, which is the main train station of Rome. It is also where the two metro lines meet, making it very convenient to get around. However, the surrounding area is quite rough, so it may not be ideal for everyone. The staff were all very friendly and spoke decent English. The... more
We wanted a central, cheap bed and breakfast to act as a base on our midweek break, and i think we landed on our feet with the Serena. Five minutes walk from the main railway station, fifteen minutes walk from the Colosseum or the Trevi Fountain. Recently refurbished, i could not fault the rooms or the attitude of all the... more
Quite good hotel for the money you have to pay. The room is clean and not too noisy. While we stayed in the Hotel for some days in the beginning of August the airconditioning was working and the room was very comfortable for sleeping. The TV set (flatscreen TFT) offers a variety of stations such as Italian and Spanish channels... more

We stayed in thin excellent hotel for one week. The rooms vere very nice and clean. The brekfast was great and the staff friendly. The hotel elevator was very "fancy". When we left the hotel they kept our luggage so we had time to jump around before our train left to the airport. The neighbourhood was very nice too, with... more
Stay away from this Hotel. Lets summarize I stayed in the hotel just for one night and the reason was that the hotel is awfull. 1 Firstly the rooms are not just small but tiny. The bed (double not king size) occupies virtually the whole space. As you can see in the photo there is room only to stand nothing... more
We find the Hotel in an excellent location and the Hotel staffs are very helpful from the moment we arrive. I will certaintly go back and stay there again if i have the chance to go back to Rome. Is a good location to walk to any part of the city. more
We originally picked this hotel as part of a package and weren't sure what to expect. What we found was a hotel 2 blocks from the Termini station, and within walking distance of the several major sightseeing areas. The staff was very friendly, open and helpful (Marco in particular). They were all cheery and warm. The room was average size... more
