We are so happy that we chose the Gladiatori for the venue for our wedding. The roof top gardens were simply PERFECT, photographs simply do not do it justice. The food was superb, the location amazing(there are ruins next to the hotel that are the lodgings for the gladiators), the scenery magnificent and the rooms wonderful! But the best 'til... more

My fiance and I have just come back from 3 nights at the Hotel Gladiatori. I will recomend this hotel to all of my friends and family. Our room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The bed was so comfortable that I had to have a nap every day just to make the most of it! There have been a... more

Stayed at the Gladiatori for 3 nights in 2007. This is a very late review, but, hey, Rome is eternal, and I want to reiterate that the view is every bit as wonderful as the pictures show. If you are going to Rome to revel in ancient history, the location is ideal. A gladiator barracks right outside your window; the... more

My boyfriend bought me a four day trip to Rome staying at the Hotel Gladiatori. He had booked this through Expedia, when we arrived at the airport we decided to get public transport to the hotel, it was really simple, from Fiumicino airport you can get the Leonardo Express Train direct to Termini Station, takes 30mins and costs only 11euros.... more

This hotel was the highlight of our trip! Amazing location, excellent service, and the best view of the city. Upon arriving I asked for a better room and was immediately moved to their best available. The GM of the hotel was very helpful in planning our "special occasion" and did the small things that make staying in a boutique hotel... more

I'm a morning person, so having breakfast and espresso with a beautiful clear view of the Roman Colosseum was spectacular. Later we took the tour and it was awesome. With a short taxi ride you can be anywhere within all the major sights of Rome in minutes. The hotel is a comfortable size, not so large that you get lost.... more

I spent months trawling the web for a special location for my Mother's 70th. I had a budget to stick to and the friendly staff returning my emails were honest and helpful. In the end I went for the prestige package, well worth it for the limo transfer and upgraded room. Very spacious, with a double and single and although... more

This hotel is amazing, the location is astounding. Waking up to see the colliseum was the best start of the day and to make it better, breakfast is served on the rooftop for an even better view. What really makes the hotel a 5 star hotel is the staff. The front desk supervisor was wonderful, Milly was the one present... more

Very nice and pleasant hotel situated just in front of Roma Colosseum. Beautiful rooms with windows directed to old Roma city or park. It's easy to get to Forums, few steps to Colosseum, 200 meters to Metro. There are some good restaurants in the region behind Gladiatory hotel and it was easy to make reservation with kind help of reception.... more

Stayed in loft labatica, no phone, door lock was messed up and had to get passer by to go to front desk to get us out of our room. Even with code could not get internet connection. The only good thing was location. more
