Arrived 3am to check in with night manager. Unfortunately he started arguing with us after misunderstanding what we were saying. Things became unpleasant when he told us to go away. Have to say this is a brilliant Hotel to stay at. The Hotel is clean, very quiet and the staff are excellent. Brillaint location within easy walking distance of the Vatican (15 mins) and even the Colloseum (approx forty mins), but if you don't fancy the walk the bus is two minutes away and stops right outside the main plaza.... more
