The price was right, as far as we were concerned so was the location. A ten minute walk to the Colloseum. We stayed last Summer 2007 in the middle of an August heatwave. There were extensive renovations in progress to the outer shell of the building, but the inside of the BB was spotless. Clean room, a small but well... more

Bed and Breakfast was very friendly when we arrived, rooms are very clean, bright and weLcoming. Their is a very handy little kItchen and table area where guests can have free tea and coffee. we had a room With a jacuzzi Shower, at first I thought this looked very normal until I realised it has 5 shower heads that aIm... more

My friend and I stayed here during a recent visit to Italy. The location is perfect for those who are backpacking and don't want to walk all over the city with all of your stuff. The hotel is under construction and a little sketchy from the outside, but the inside is absolutely perfect. The guy at the front desk was... more

I almost feel bad writing this rewiew because the owners are nice.... but, I think we could have found a better place to stay in Rome. Random Notes: The room was okay- the older comforter and curtains make the clean room look drab, but the bathroom is newly remodeled. Conversations at the front desk and in the hallway were so... more

We have stayed in Rome before at other hotels and we wanted a more traditional B&B approach this time around. We were pleased indeed with the customer service and the overall feel once you get into this little establishment. No joke if you were walking by on the street you woud not even know that this place exists. I will... more

We found this B&B to be well located near the Termini station and walking distance to most of the sites. The staff had excellent english and were very helpful. The room was clean and to a good standard. The only complaint we have is with the super delux shower system which looked fantastic - until you turn the water on.... more

What wanderful surprise. Very pleasant place to stay, cheap, in a great Area, room was spacius (bigger than normal), quiet, confortable and ideally located for exploring all of the City. Everything we wanted (restaurant, bar, store...) on the hand. The housekeeper and the lady on the reception making our stay so enjoyable every details, from our check in Very Late... more

The hotel was ideally located for the terminal bus station, however was a rather strenous walk away from the main eating and drinking places. There were places local to the hotel to eat and drink but the area wasn't very nice. The hotel was not the easiest to find as it was situated 'within' a shared building - I think... more

In response to the complaints made by the above client I would like to make the following observations : 1. To call the Bed and Breakfast at 69, Manin St. a HOTEL is misguided. A BED AND BREAKFAST offers a certain type of service to its clientele, a Hotel offers another (RECEPTION SERVICE 24 HOURS, BAR, ROOF GARDEN). We have...

This hotel is a small bed and breakfast in the very center of Rome, directly opposite the train station. The neighborhood was central, but not very nice - it felt rough, like neighborhoods in most cities near the train station. The Hotel was in a private building on a side street, so that you had to enter the building, and... more

We stayed at this B&B for 3 nights in Nov. 2006. The location is very close to the Termini station. The area isn't that great, but it is safe and we had no problems walking around at night. Our room was right next to the reception area, but that wasn't a problem in terms of noise. The room size was... more
