Please take this review as a warning! Do not stay at this place. This is not a hotel as advertised. Its more like a shared appartment. Dirty facilities, small rooms, although close to the station its far from anything worth seeing. Please don't waste your money! more

We have just returned from a long weekend in Rome. The hotel is a two minute walk from the termini station and located on the third floor up of a building. 69 Manin was all round pretty good. My fiancee and I stayed for 2 nights in mid-October. it was great because it was so close to the Termini train station which makes getting around very easy. Very nice rooms with a cool shower, but not as "steam shower" as they make it sound. it was great to have english TV... more

This is a lovely place to stay in Rome. The b and b is very safe and comfortable. The staff were always so helpful and tidied and cleaned the room to a high standard each day. The location is perfect for sight see-ers , all major atractions can be done on foot. Would stay here again. more
