Anne and David were the ultimate hosts during our recent stay in Italy. We spent 4 days here prior to our Med cruise departing from Rome. We had made prior arrangements with David for pickup at the airport. We had missed our connection due to a flight delay, but David cheerfully was at the airport to greet us 5 hours... more

I am so late in writing this. We stayed at Anne's place last September. We were on our way to an Adventure by Disney tour (fabulous, by the way) but we came into Rome three days early. We didn't even go to Rome those first three days we stayed at Anne's Place. The first night (we arrived around six pm)... more

My wife and I stayed at Anne's Place for four nights. It was great. The train into Rome was easy and being away from the city was nice and quite in the evening after a busy day of sightseeing. We had the room upstairs with the verandah and it was excellent, only wish we could of used the verandah more.... more

We traveled to Rome in May for 4 days pre-cruise and then a 12 day cruise to the Eastern Med and then 4 days in Rome post cruise. I figure if I we are flying across the pond in the cheap seats we might as well make it worth our while. The first 4 days were spend with Anne and... more

This was our first trip to Europe celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and we traveled with friends celebrating their 30th. As in making any plans to a location you have never been, there was some anxiety about staying at a B&B as we generally stay in hotels. Let me say, this was a great decision. All the positive comments you... more

My wife Dee, & our friends Al & Joyce returned from a 21 day trip to Germany and Italy on May 20, 2008. Not wanting to drive anywhere near Rome, I looked for a B&B which would offer secure parking and the ability to take the train into Rome. My find was Anne’s Place in Palestrina which is about a... more

We found this place on TripAdvisor. I sure hope that TripAdvisor's decision to change their boundries and stop including Anne's Place as part of Rome, won't keep others from finding this great Bed and Breakfast. I don't think we would have found it without it being listed under Rome and I cannot imagine a more perfect place for us to... more

Had the pleasure of staying at Annes place for 2 days prior to our med cruise and couldnt have been treated more graciously and attentively. Both anne and David take care of all your needs and this B&B is the ideal spot for anyone, especially those who have no rental car at their disposal. They pay strict attention to every... more

When we arrived in Rome, the weather was cool and dreary, and Rome looked dirtier and more graffiti-ridden than I remembered from our first visit. Upon arrival in Termini, we obtained some euros from the ATM and bought our tickets to Palestrina (2,30 euros). The ride to Palestrina took about 35 minutes, and as the city gave way to suburbs... more

Staying at Anne’s Place was the best decision we made in Rome. As the previous reviews tell . . . this place is simply amazing. My husband and I stayed for three nights during the Easter holiday (March 2008). We had the upstairs room with a terrace and although the weather did not cooperate with us, we enjoyed the view... more
