We loved Adler. The room was large and clean. The stuff was very helpful. Compared to other hotels we stayed in Adler had the best breakfast and it was served on a patio. The hotel is close to all the tourist things we wanted to visit, subway and train stations are within 10 minutes walk. more

My husband and I, with our two sons, stayed at the Adler one night only, so my review won't be that in-depth. The hotel itself (2nd floor of a building that accommodates other hotels) looks very nice. The rooms (we had two) are VERY small, with the bathrooms even tinier (the showers were a real challenge for my husband and... more

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Adler for 2 nights in mid-June. We flew in from Madrid, then took the train from the airport to the San Termini station then found it was only about a 10 minute walk to the hotel. We got to the Adler around 11:30ish, the hotel was on the 2nd floor and it was... more

I stayed at Hotel Adler for four nights in early April, 2008. I agree with what almost every other reviewer has said. It offers basic, no frills accommodations, but it's cheap (for Rome), clean and perfectly adequate for anyone not planning to spend much time in their hotel room (and why would you on a trip to Rome???). Breakfast was... more

We stayed at the Hotel Adler in May 2008 and were very pleased. We would not hesitate to recommend it. We arrived early, after breakfast and before our room was ready, and they let us sit on the terrace to "regroup" and brought us cappuccino/cokes while we waited. We had originally booked a double but then needed a triple, which... more

This is a small family-run hotel, very convenient to the train station, busses etc. The staff could not have been more accomodating to us - a group of 8 Americans. Four of us stayed on one floor at the Hotel Adler. The rooms were immaculate. They were small but adequate. A family room on this same floor had no windows,... more

Decent nightly rate, short walk from the train station, near lots of restaurants and sites, private bathroom, comfortable bed, good breakfast included...nothing fancy but it was everything we needed for the night. more

Stayed for 4 nights in this charming little hotel during our European holiday. Staff here a wonderful - Bruno, Alessandro & Michaelangelo will help you in any way they can to make your stay enjoyable. Hotel is very secure and locked at night but there is someone at reception 24/7 to let you in. Adler Hotel is located in a... more

I stayed at this hotel based on Rick Steve's reviews. It was definitely in a great location (if you're coming in from the Rome Train Station, just take the Line A metro to Piazza Republica and it's just a few blocks away). All the other great sites are within walking distance too. Much like all hotels in Italy, this is... more

The hotel is perfect for value-driven professional couples. There was a full continental breakfast with many choices, and a quaint and large breakfast terrace, complete with a Roman fountain-perfect place in the morning to plan your excursions through this city. The rooms are "European small" but adequate. The wide-set hallways and character mouldings made this small eight-room hotel enjoyable (upstairs... more
