Next time I pay 60 euros for a room, I expect to get one with a lock on the door. When I discovered that my lock was broken, all I got for an answer was a shrug from a gormless night staff man who told me to 'prop a chair under the door'. I don't appreciate the fact that nothing... more

A warning to all travellers - DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL. I travelled to Rome with my friend in June 2005, we had booked this hotel before we travelled. It was dreadful. We specifically asked for a twin room and when we arrived we were given the "Matrimonial Room". I cannot for the life of me believe that anyone would... more
