The bathrooms are filthy, there are no mirrors and the shower doors are hanging off so the bathrooms flood. we had trouble locking and unlocking our door, but when reported to reception the staff were unhelpful and may made no attempt to sort the problem out. I have stayed in Hotel Positano several times and I find that the staff has been quite friendly and helpful. However, my advice is to avoid rooms on the upper floors without private bath because the shared bathrooms are kept in a horrendous state.
