Based on other traveler's input about Italy, we expected very small rooms. Ours was a bit bigger and more comfortable than we were lead to believe about Italian accommodations. The bed and pillows were very comfortable - we got a great night's rest each evening. The shower was very small but workable. Our room also had a shared balcony which... more

This hotel is located on Via del Tritone just 2 blocks or so from the Trevi Fountain, and very close to the Spanish Steps. The Pantheon and Piazza Navona are a very short walk (5-10) minutes, and the Forum and Colisseum are an easy 15 minute walk. The hotel building dates from the 13th century but has modern amenities including... more

When me and my wife saw the hotel we laugh about it everything is so small, but it was perfect for the area it is in. The tour bus is right down the street, metro train on the corner, and the attraction are down the streets.Breakfest was good we enjoy it, we were able to hop on buses and take tours around the... more

We were travelling with my sister and her husband. We had rooms 22 and 23 which share an tiny, secluded terrace. It was a great little place to sit and unwind for a few minutes. There is a church next door and each afternoon we could hear a choir singing. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were fine.... more

My wife and I spent three nights at this hotel during our trip to Italy, and were happy with our stay. Our room was bigger than I expected and clean, and since it was on the fourth floor, the lift helped tremendously, even though it was very small. The bathroom was also clean, but the shower was tiny and the... more

This hotel is wonderful. I can highly recommend Room #23. It has two double beds, a little sitting area, nice bathroom--even though we never fully mastered the shower--and French doors open on to a lovely little patio. Other reviewers were right about the coffee in the breakfast room--which was instant--and not good. But the hotel was clean, charming, great location,... more

Location of this hotel is perfect near most the major attractions, also near metro stop. Decor may not be to everyones taste but rooms clean and cosy. buffet breakfast sometimes a little scarce in choice near end of breakfast time. staff helpful and polite at all times. would recommend this hotel for it's location alone. more

Great location, walking distance to Trevit Fountain, the Spanish Steps and the Pantheon. Nice resaurants just around the corner. We booked two rooms connected by a balcony which was great for our daughters. If you have any questions or concerns we just asked the front desk. Free continental breakfast and it was the way to start the day. Had trouble... more

I stayed here with my father for four nights during my first trip to Rome. This hotel is great. Our room was on the small side, but it was not a problem. We even had a small patio/balcony that we shared with another room. Since my father is elderly I was glad for the small lift that could take us... more

Rgarick said it all in his review. (See below.) Stayed at this hotel prior to embarking on a cruise. As long as you know that it is a small "boutique" hotel, you won't be disappointed. Yes, it was overly decorated but we enjoyed the fact that it 's location was perfect for walking to many of the sights, e.g. Trevi... more
