Unfortunately we had to stay in a different hotel for the first of our three nights because of over booking. The room in hotel flower garden was very small but nicely decorated, the bathroom was adequate & clean.Breakfast very basic no meats just bread cheese jam & cereal. Resturant nearby in tower (sorry cannot remember name but you can't miss... more

We stayed at Flower Garden hotel for 3 nights at the end of March, 2009. We were very impressed by the staff as they were vey friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice, not very big but not too small, very cozy and comfortable (the beds are excellent). Very clean, the rooms are cleaned every day. The bathroom was spacious.... more

The location of this hotel is excellent-very close to Termini and a few minutres from Santa Maria Maggiore. The personnel is very nice, kind and helpful. The rooms are small, the bathrooms are different sizes (some very small, some bigger) and the furniture classic. There is just one small elevator in the hotel (it is enough considering that it is... more

This place is shabby, dark and dismal. We arrived and had to wait, and the attendant was not very friendly. We expected the room to be small but it was ridiculously small. The bedding had burn holes in it. The shower curtain was broken off the rings. There was rust in the tub, water leak stains in the ceiling and... more

This hotel is close to the train and bus station. Also at the bus station is a Hop on and Off tour bus. This is most convenient way to see the sights, a two day pass is perfect, cheaper than bus fare. We noted the rooms are small, bathrooms okay, the hotel is immaculate. The breakfast is the usual european... more

We stayed at the Flower Garden Hotel, as part of a round-the-world honeymoon. It was basic and generally comfortable, except for the bathroom (let's just say it was easier to keep the shower doors open than fight them). The staff were professional and friendly, and the breakfast was okay (lots of sweet food, but most importantly coffee was there). The... more

The bathroom had a severe mold problem on the ceiling and in the shower which made us hesitant to shower regularly. The staff was extremely helpful and the location was good. Booked with Go Today and paid for an upgraded hotel. Very disappointed because we met other american tourists who booked with the same agency with no upgrade in same... more

Stayed middle of Jan with Wife and 15 yr old in triple room, nice room, large enough to move around, clean, bathroom nice but shower stall very small, could not hardly turn around. It was the size of a phone booth. Noise from the street was somewhat disturbing, earplugs would be advisable. Other guests were noisy when they came in... more
