USAirways bussed over 200 of us to this hotel which was supposed to be a nice 4 star hotel by the beach but it was far from that. We arrived by bus from the airport and dumped into horrible smelling rooms that had bedspreads that must have been used for over 20 years. It was nasty so we slept in... more

Our flight from Rome to Newark was delayed 25 hours due to engine trouble, so Continental bussed several 100 of us to this facility. The desk help could not have been less helpful and the rooms were disgusting. more

We stayed here only because our flight was delayed and the airline put us up there till 11pm so we'd have a place to rest until we had to go back to the airport. While we didn't technically stay the "night" and can't comment on that part, the bed seemed ok for the nap we took. I wouldn't give it... more

We stayed at the Airport Palace hotel two days before and we were a bit worried as I almost always read bad things about this hotel. According to us this hotel is very clean, beautiful and the staff is also very helpful and friendly. The rooms are not so big but well-equipped and the bathrooms are clean and you are... more

I stayed at the Airport Palace hotel for a week (24/5-31/5), and it was okay. I definetely wouldn't give the hotel 4 stars, but it was good enough for me! The rooms were a bit small and messy, but there was a little fridge (handy because there is a supermarket near by so you can buy your drinks there and... more

The worst problem in this hotel is its staff. Unhelpfull and unforgiving in the quest to achieve nothing for their guests. A good description for this hotel would be " circling vultures". I have unfortunately had to stay a while within its walls but never again. The untruths and constant battles with billing of internet services. The creative accounting for... more

This is the worst hotel we stayed in in our life, it is a real dump; half a star is more than enough for this garbage. No heaters in the rooms, no towels in the bathrooms, the frozen food they serve is ... frozen, the rooms stink, no electrical plugs, an old 14 inch tv with a worn out remote... more

Booked into the hotel by Alitalia as I was doing some work on their behalf ie no choice of hotel.... I've stayed in hotels the world over and this is actually the worst. Room on fifth floor actually has no power points or desk to work at (obviously not geared towards the business traveller then.) Along with this, reception is... more

Needed hotel for 12 hours pending flight to Tokyo. Booking agent at airport arranged this "4*" hotel for Euro130. Hotel old and tired and management obviously lacking any concern about maintainence (own footpath had missing cobbles and was full of litter). In fact the whole area was a haven for grafitti and litter. Free transport to airport only saving grace... more
