Me and my wife were in this hotel during the new years eve (3 nights). We were absolutely satisfied with the hotel. Staff at the reception were ok, breakfast food was tasty and room was cleaned every day. Hotel has perfect location, just 5 minutes walk from the Terminy station where you can find a lot of Bus lines, Metro... more

We had a great stay at the Hotel San Remo. We stayed 3 nights after a short stay in Madrid. The rooms where basic and clean. There is a flat screen tv and a mini bar. The front desk staff is very helpful and speak fluent English. The hotel is very close to The Termini train station, and walking distance... more

I have been to this hotel on May 2009 with my family and friends. San Remo is absolutely standart hotel, which is located in 15-minutes walking way to the center of Rome. Staff in the hotel was very friendly. Breakfast was normal and tasty. Our room was quite large for three-star city hotel, maybe because we had triple accommodation. But... more

The hotel has 7 floors, with about 10 rooms per floor. There is nice a granite staircase with Roman statues, plus a tiny elevator. The rooms are small as one expects in Europe, and have been recently renovated. The floors are wood grain (probably laminate) and the walls are neatly painted. The bathrooms are tiled on the walls and floor,... more

This hotel was good. Nothing fancy, very basic. The shower was tiny - which actually became funny at one point. It is noisy, but all the hotels we've visited in Italy were noisy. It's a hotel, not a rock walled castle. It only becomes noisy in the mornings and evenings. We barely heard street noise, it's the other guests' noise.... more

I have to admitt that I was a bit nervous of this hotel, as it received average ratings. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and the staff (especially the cleaning staff) was nice and helpful. Our room had an LCD TV. The location is perfect - only a couple blocks from Termini station. There are some... more

We stayed in March 2008 in a room on the 4th floor with 2 single beds- the beds were comfortale, our bathroom huge and renovated and the room comfortable. Other than paper thin walls and a little noise (not enough to keep you awake) it wasperfect for tbe great price. Lots of restaurants close by and as promised great location... more

City hotel near Termini station. We were in room 115 in february 2009 for a cultural trip to Rome. If you can cope with : * worn out rooms (loosy electric plugs, fungus on the edges of the bathtub and the ceiling , mutiple reparations of the tub emanel, never cleansed air removal appliance, missing lock on the bathroom door,...)... more

This hotel has a great location. I was a single, female traveler and felt safe in this hotel. It was in walking distance of the Coliseum, Forum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, lots of Piazzas. The hotel was clean and I didn't have any trouble with the water heating up. (I read a few reviews where guests listed that problem)... more
