We were part of a KUMUKA Tour and had no choice but to say here - our room was filthy, dirty, dark and dingy. Single beds that sank in the middle, opened the sliding door and a swamp of mosquitos came in. Walls, carpets and windows smeared with dirt. A school group of young kids was also staying here at... more

We made our reservations in America through a travel agent a few months before our stay. Once we arrived in Europe we wanted to drive to Rome a day earlier from northern Italy. The hotel said only our travel agency could change our hotel arrival date. Our first night was in a dirty old room which faced the parking lot... more

The tiny bathrooms in this hotel are DANGEROUS! Stayed here with a touring party of 36 for two nights. There were four reported mishaps, including my own fall. more

The hotel is rather a large complex on the outskirts of the centre of Rome. We visited the hotel twice as part of a Tourama tour of Italy. The first time we visited we were located in a small apartment type room with a tiny kitchen area and a small, clean bathroom. The balcony looked out onto the hotel gardens.... more

Stayed here for 4 nights in June as part of a trip around Italy. Having read all the reviews and having stayed at the Princess Hotel (just 200m down the road from Parco Tirreno) the year before I knew what to expect of the area, but was getting the impression that the hotel wasn't great. Check-in was efficient and the... more

I stayed at this hotel June 20th and 21st, 2008 at the beginning of our guided bus tour of Italy. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted (as a group) by the receptionist. She was very kind, understanding, and helpful and moved a large group of very sleepy tourists through to their rooms in a very clear and... more

This Hotel is very well presented, the bedrooms are large but a little sparse, that said the room was very clean with a nice balcony and beautiful gardens. The Breakfast was continental but still very adequate. The hotel is a little out from the centre of Rome but it only costs 1 euro to get there by the Metro (Cornelia... more

We stayed at this hotel as part of the Cosmos Splendors of Italy tour. I highly recommend this hotel!!! This hotel was GORGEOUS! Patricia, our tour guide explained that it use to be a private reisdence, but if this was a private residence it was HUGE. The rooms here were more likes suites, we had our own kitchen area with... more

We came here with our Kumuka Tour group. The hotel itself is quite nice. Our room had a queen size bed (rare in Europe!) with a little kitchenette and a nice bathroom. Unfortunately, several people from our tour group, including myself, had things stolen from thier rooms. The hotel would not own up to it. Wouldn't go back there purely... more

Stayed at the hotel with my family (party of 5) while on a Trafalgar tour. The rooms were very spacious with balcony, sofa, small dining table with a couple of chairs, refridgerator, clean, however, tiles around the bathtub could do with some bleach, very pleasant dining area, filling breakfast with a decent selection to choose from and delicious cappuccino. Good... more
