My son and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. While the room and bathroom were quite small, it was very clean. The location of the hotel was excellent: just a short (downhill) walk to Trevi, Pantheon, Spanish Steps and cheap eateries. The bus stop for Termini is just outside the front door. It is on a noisy street,... more

Our stay was booked as a surprise gift by our son: he chose this hotel due to its central location as I am unable to walk very far for medical reasons. On arrival we were informed that our room was unavailable "due to illness of female occupant". Yeah right. I told the guys on reception that I was a doctor... more

I must agree with the previous reviewer. This is the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune of staying at. The manager, who is also the owner, is one of the vilest people I have ever met. Our visit to Rome was completely ruined by the stay at this hotel. If you are a seasoned traveller and have experienced... more

When my wife and I arrived, the en-suite room we had booked was not available. We were put into a tiny room without a bathroom but with a shower and sink inside the room. As we arrived at 11pm, there was not much we could do about it. We were moved to an acceptable room for the 2nd and 3rd... more

where to begin........ this has to possibly be the most unprofessional, rudest, most vile hotel that i have ever stayed in. having been to rome before the hospitality is always second to none, so to my surprise (at what turned out to be the manager of the hotel) was the most unpleasant italian that we could hope to meet. he... more

The hotel is based above shops on 1st and 3rd floor. Rec. is on 3rd. Our room looked on to the main street. The problem with this was the noise from the street and the buses (no mufflers) coming and going as the bus stop is just outside. So we both lost alot of sleep for the three nights there... more

How disappointing... I arranged a surprise birthday present for my partner to the wonderful city of Rome. After searching for many days on the internet, the hotel Fiori looked pleasing. many of the reviews seemed to hold it in quite a positive light. With no children accompanying us we didn't have to be so fussy. It was on an extremely... more

I stayed for 2 nights at the Hotel Fiori. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed had a firm mattress. The bathroom is very small and the shower was particulary small, for a larger person I could see this being a problem. The shower narrowed at the corner, it was a corner unit. The location was great, it took... more

My boyfriend and I were in Rome for three days in December. We didn't know what to expect from the hotel. I read some reviews at this site, I think they're rather negative. In my opinion, the staff of the hotel was very kind. They were helpful to us and we had no complaints at all. We think the room... more
