Stayed for one week Booked room and on arrival asked for a quiet room. Given a superior room - safe and minibar. Room on first floor, clean, well decorated, modern shower room. Breakfast buffet style very good by italian standards with plenty of choice. Free coffee or fruit juice in middle of afternoon. Staff friendly and helpful. Well located near... more

This hotel was lovely, recently renovated rooms. They were big enough for the 3 of us after a long flight, it was just what we needed. Perfect location to get around Rome, so close to the main train station, a great restaurant up the road where we had a lovely dinner one night. But the thing that always keeps this... more

I stayed at the Milani for a three-day break with my girlfriend. On the first night, we were surprised to be told that there was no room free for us. But the porter escorted us to a nearby 4-star hotel (Royal Santino) straightaway at no extra charge. No problems. Overall the staff were helpful and friendly enough. If anything, the... more

3 Minutes walk from main railway station, in a safe area, old hotel, old fixtures and fittings - could do with a face lift - BUT comfortable, clean and handy for walking to everything. Breakfast good and downstairs bar nice place to relax. Free internet connection in lounge. more

My daughter & I stayed here as our first stop to our European trip in early October 2008. Not knowing what to expect we were very pleasantly surprised. We had a room at the front on the 1st floor & the only complaint ,was because it was very warm in Rome at the time, leaving the window open at night... more

Been to Rome a couple of times now and although the "termini" area is not the best, being near to the station gives you an abundance of travel options around the city. The hotel itself was cheaper than those we used in the past and to be honest beside the decoration which is minimal we could not see a significant... more

I and my spouse stayed in the Milani Hotel for 4 nights. We arrived to Termini station by Leonardo Express from the airport and it took like 3 minutes walk with the luggage to get to hotel. The room was very nice and clean, it included a double bed, fridge, and the safe. The toilet and the shower there very... more

i've been in this hotel last may and i really like it. For the kind hotels in Rome that i've been before this is definitely one of the best. It has a really good breakfast (a little bit early for me, it finishes at 10) but it's simply great. more

Rome is an expensive city, not to mention dirty and smelly (what a shame!!!). If you stay in the city centre, be sure you're paying an arm and a leg for it eventhough your accomodation is only a basic 3 star hotel. Our hotel, hotel Milani is only a block away from the train station, so it's easy enough for... more
