Hotel was in good location, close to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. The hotel had a nice sitting and breakfast room, but hotel staff did not welcome Americans nor try to service our needs. The shower was hand held and should be upgraded especially since its expensive to stay there. more

Staying at the Grand Hotel Plaza was a unique experience. A unique hotel in a wonderful position exactly at the centre of the shopping district and we could visit all main sites by foot. The Plaza gets some bad reviews, but for us, it was amazing. The staff had never staged a wedding on their own before but when we contacted them they were excited at the opportunity.
