I stayed in this hotel for 1 night with my boyfriend just last week. The location is hard to find, as it’s right off a major highway, and is tucked in behind a gas station. From the outside it looks more like a motel and on the inside it resembles a 2-3 star rather than a 4 star. The reception... more

After a fabulous tour of Italy we arrrived at this hotel, it was ok, roms a bit smal for triple share, Only negative were the staff, very rude, if they continue to use students on the front desk make sure they are trained in customer service, also the breakfast staff were rude, if they don't like their jobs let someone... more

good value for money regarding accommodation, the room was clean, had a comfty bed and great parkin just outside the room. Now, everything outside the room was quite of a disappointment, the staff was not very friendly, the breakfast buffet did not have much variety(nothing warm, not even bacon and eggs), the bar was small (only 3 tables). Another downset... more

Reading several reviews (after I had booked) I was a little worried about what I would find. I needn't have been. Although the exterior gave the impression of a third rate motel, the lobby was bright with a small bar and seating areas. The staff were helpful and business-like and spoke good english. The rooms were clean if a little... more

We went to reception to ask for a route planner as our tom tom sat nav was broken. The staff obliged and whilst at the desk my husband mentioned about going for a drink before we went to bed. Because I was at reception I gave them my room key and left the hotel. When we got back I went... more

We traveled with Insight vactions and there was black mold all over the bathroom. We were supposed to have access to a restaurant as part of our tour, but the hotel restaurant was closed for a private party both nights we were there - so we had to walk out in the rain several blocks to get something to eat. more

We stayed at the Cristoforo Colombo on June 28th, 2008 - at the very end of our 10-day bus tour of Italy. I have to say that we didn't spend much time at the hotel. But, what we saw was nice. The lobby is large, clean, and well-decorated. Then, we walked to a separate building to go to our room.... more

After reading some of the review I am surprised. We stayed at this hotel and loved it. It was clean, well furnished, had a great bathtub after a long day of sight seeing. We found the breakfast good, who wants a heavy meal in the heat they get there anyway with a full day of sightseeing ahead of you. There... more

This was our last stop during our Trafalgar tour and as many other people have said, it is way out of town and there is nothing close by. Since I had read other reviews before leaving, I was prepared and picked up a large sandwich and snacks during one of our bus stops on the way into Rome. The rooms... more

Excellent hotel, with very nice rooms. Superb bathrooms! Excellent breakfast. Very helpful and friendly hotel staff. A little out of the way, with not much to walk to. The exterior of the hotel doesn't look like much. more
