We stayed in 3 hotels on a recent trip to Italy (Florence, Viareggio and this one in Rome) all were of a similar price but this one was by far the worst! The staff were beyond rude starting with our arrival where we didn't even get a hello or any information about the hotel, what time breakfast was or where... more

Very expensive room for crap service and crap breakfast. Hotel staff seem to be quite arrogant. The only time we received help was when the black out shades on our window were broken and we bothered them to have another room. We were told none were available but were moved the next morning. Our first room was smelly (*ADVICE* don't... more

My wife and I stayed 3 nights at the end of April/09. The hotel was 10 minutes walk from Termini, therefore very convenient. With the seniors discount, it was also a good price (117 euros/night). The room, on the second floor of the "main" part of the hotel (they have overflow rooms around the corner somewhere, which we did not... more

Our stay at this hotel was pleasant. They were very helpful in directing us to certain locations, had a great breakfast in the morning and the rooms were nice. Very safe neighborhood, quiet and would certainly recommend to someone traveling alone. more

Upon arrival the guys behind the desk spoke perfect English, which helps a lot! They were very nice and professional, well dressed and friendly. Our room was very nice, spotless clean with our own bathroom. The breakfast in the morning was a bit bumped up from all the other hotels we had stayed in so far in Italy. Even though... more

The hotel was cheap, spotlessly clean and close to the metro and the station. Whilst it isn't in the Spanish Steps area you don't pay those prices and you certainly get good value for money. The hotel is one of the best looking in the area after walking round and seeing some of the others. Being close to the station... more

This is a very nice, quiet reasonably priced hotel with easy access to Stazione Termini, the main railway station in Rome. The staff are very accomodating. The breakfast is excellent. I recommend it if you need to be within easy walking distance of the train station, but otherwise the neighborhood isn't the most attractive in Rome. Rooms are spotlessly clean... more

We found the Hotel Piemonte fantastic contrary to other reviews. It was only a few streets from the main termini station and was easy to find and well within walking distance. The staff were pleasant, courteous and more than helpful. Breakfast was a typical European fare consisting of bread, ham, salami, cheeses, cerials, etc and was fine. The room was... more

We stayed at the Piemonte, Rome for six nights. The room and bathroom were adequate but the bed itself was extremely hard, uncomfortably so. The breakfast was ok - our main complaint is the attitude of the staff - who were absolutely so unfriendly it isn't true! They did not connect with their guests at all - our other concern... more

I did not stay at this hotel - I enquired, through an online booking system that required a credit card, as to whether or not they had availability. I received an automated response telling they did, but thought nothing of it as I had decided to stay in a different place - Hotel Capo de l'Africa - FABULOUS by the... more
