This hotel is in a good location, just steps from the Trevi fountain but we found it very unsatisfactory. On the way into Rome we received conflicting information from the staff on whether we could bring our car to the hotel, costing us at least an hour in central Rome traffic. Reception and room check in took another hour. The... more

First let me say, Rome was beautiful, the people friendly and proud of this city. At the Hotel Trevi we booked to stay a full two weeks. Were it not for the excellent service we received from Gianfranco and Massimo we would have left the next day due to the rather snide, rude service we received from one Sonya at... more

If you're only staying for a couple of nights then this hotel is ok. Our room was located in an apartment block opposite the hotel on around the 3rd floor. So you had a little bit of a walk to get to breakfast in the morning. - Speaking of which if you're disabled or injured I wouldnt suggest this hotel... more

This is a two star hotel, perfect location you can walk to all the major sites, however the rooms are very small, the shower even smaller. The one overwhelming downside was breakfast, awful and very cramped seating. The juice was foul and there was rotting fruit openly on show, don't waste your time unless you are desperate for a cup... more

We liked this place, although it was rather difficult to find. All we were told was that it was "meters away from the Trevi fountain", but when we found the fountain, we had no idea which direction to go from there to find the hotel. It turns out it's in an alley a couple blocks east of the fountain, but... more

We paid 177 euro ($234) per night at this "3 star" hotel: you could do better. Pro's: 1) Steps from Trevi fountain 2) Nice breakfast room on the rooftop (get there early to avoid the crowd) . Con's: 1) No hot water in our room from midnight to about 6:30 AM. We complained several days in a row, but the... more

A horrid, dirty hotel, with a rude manager. We had a room away from the main hotel (most of their rooms are outside of the main hotel), hardly any light (tiny windows near the ceiling, as if we were in a basement!), a layer of dust and grime over the furniture! We asked for another room - were shown one... more

Amazing location 20 metres from trevi fountain, we were in the second bulding, would reccommend for young couples. Not quite clean and breakfast are served only in main building. Highly reccommed restaurant Chianti right next to the hotel !!! more

You couldn't ask for more, the hotel is just of the main street from the Trevi Fountain, so one of the top attractions of Rome is right on your door step. It is a little noisy, we were in one of their rooms off the main building so the room was accessed off the street. At night we heard everything,... more

Great location, staff was very nice to us. Room was big and very clean. It was a bit noisy on some nights. But overall we would stay there again. more
