Stayed 4 nights in the Royal Court in June 2008. A lovely Hotel only 500 yards from the Termini and was located on a quiet side street. This hotel was recommended to us by a travel agent friend. It's location is excellent - it's a 500 yard walk from Rome's central railway termini.
