We spent a week in Rome. This was our first time in Rome and weren't sure about the location however it turned out to be great: a few steps from Via Nazionale, a short walk from Trevi fountain and everything else. The room was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The air conditioning was crucial and it worked well. The shower and... more

It's not perfect but we paid 80 euros nightly for 2 single rooms (bookings.com) & feel very satisfied. Aircon was iffy in one room but a fan was supplied on request, breakfast is excellent-cappuccino freshly made, scrambled eggs, cheese, sausages, croissants in the buffet. Small showers & bidets in the new, spotless bathrooms, comfy beds, VERY quiet-a new lift (elevator)... more

My daughter and I visited Rome in early April, 2009 and I was fortunate enought to book Hotel Hiberia on Booking.com. The Hotel is in the historical center of Rome right around the corner from Trajan's Column and Piazza Venezia. Just a few steps from all of the Roman Ruins. Could not have asked for a better location. The rooms... more

I changed my accommodation booking in Rome at the last minute before leaving Australia and am very happy I did. This hotel is in a good location and easy walking distance from Palazzo Quirinale (2 min), Trevi Fountain (10 min) , Le Quattro Fontane (10 mins) Piazza Barberini (15 min) Spanish Steps (20 min), Piazza Venezia (5 min), Il Vittoriano... more

I didn't expect much from the hotel, as it is inexpensive (for Rome) and in a great location. However, the room was HOT, and the front desk was unresponsive. I don't expect much from any hotel, but I do expect to sleep well. As a result of the heat, in MARCH, I didn't have a good nights rest for 4... more

The Hiberia Hotel had a number of good reviews which is why I felt confident about booking a short stay there. The location of the hotel is an ideal base for seeing the sites of Rome, we walked to all the sites from here. The hotel itself is very clean and we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. The... more

Stayed here for just 1 night. Seeing tripadvisor rating it just a 2 star I was a bit scared, but upon arriving everything turned out to be perfect. Location is very convenient, just 100 meters from Quirinale and 5 minutes walking to Trevi. I had a single bedded room with breakfast included for a very reasonable price: 64€ VAT included:... more

Literally just back from a week away, we stayed 3 nights in Paris and last 4 nights in Hotel Hiberia, Roma. My 1st impression on the hotel was great. Great location, nice bathroom, lovely comfy bed. Room was a little small but that was to be expected. After the 1st night, myself and my partner woke up to what seemed... more

This hotel is just perfect. The location is very central, friendly staff who speak several foreign languages and not too big in the number of rooms. We were granted a big room in the front of the hotel. I guess this is not a standard room. My experience with Italian hotels is usually small rooms. So, or we were lucky... more

We have just returned from a 4 night break to the beautiful city of Rome & stayed at Hiberia Hotel. This hotel is so central to all of the main sights in Rome. We were approx 10mins walk to the breathtaking Trevi Fountain in one direction and heading the other direction we were just over 10mins walk to the Colessuem.... more
