We stayed in Rome from Dec. 30 through New Years to Jan. 4/09. All hotels in Rome seem expensive, so this one seemed reasonable at 325 euros per night - including a buffet breakfast and all taxes. I really liked the Hotel Victoria, only around the corner from the top of the spanish steps, yet in a nice and quiet/relaxing part of Rome. The rooms are small but spotless and modern and everything is within easy reach. The open bus tour is a must..it brings you to all the main attractions.
