We read some great reviews and some terrible reviews before booking and decided to take a chance. The rooms were great, big for Italy, clean and tidy and had everything you need. We stayed here as part of a group. The carpet in the halls is filthy. The attitude of the staff is arrogant. Supper at the restaurant was horrible and grossly overpriced. The staff encourages you to eat the buffet for 28 Euros each plus drinks ($44.80+) The food looked like it had been sitting out for several hours or days.... more
