I stayed at this hotel with my mother for 3 nights in June on our first trip to Rome. We had booked the Classic Rome offer advertised on the website and it was perfect. The airport transport even waited for us although our flight was an hour late. The room with the jacuqzi bath was lovely and perfect for relaxing... more

Had booked Hotel Romanico Palace (next door) then on arrival and without explaination dragged up the street and dumped into Hotel Veneto. And what a dump this place turned out to be. My wife is pregnant and at week 26 this is supposed to be the last holiday we can fly on so wanted to go to Rome for something... more

We stayed for 2 nights and upgraded to a room with the jacuzzi bath. The room was spotless (along with the rest of the hotel) and plenty big enough. The only fault we could find with the hotel was that they charge for orange juice with the breakfast (4 Euro). Rome as a whole is extremely expensive and unfriendly. I... more

Dear Guest, thank you for your lovely review. I feel so pleased to see that you had a great time in our city. I agree with you that a lot of things are becoming more expensive than what they shall be but I think that this is beacuse of the financial crisis occurred in this year. Everybody here thanks you...

When we arrived - we called the hotel upfront, to inform that we are arriving late. At that time the personnel just wished us welcome, so we took a taxi to the hotel when we arrived in the evening, but: At the reception they told us that there had been a challenge with their it-system and they had no rooms... more

Dear Guest, please accept again our apologizes for the system bug we got upon your arrival here. I see that you don't still believe how sorry we felt for it. We needed to move you to the beautiful hotel next door efforting the cost of this service just to assure you the best quality of arrangement and location of the...

I found the website pictures to be very misleading! The rooms are TINY, TINY, TINY!! We booked this hotel for a 7 day stay and could not even unpack our suitcases because there was no dresser, no drawers, and only 3 hangers. And the minibar (which gave off tremendous heat) is in the armoire which also included the safe, thus... more

Dear Guest, in order to respond to your review I am here to apologize if you didn't feel so comfortable during your stay. You stayed with us for 7 days and during all this period nobody reported us your complaints so I am just wondering if you told somebody how you were feeling. We have so many armoires to put...

We had made a booking through ebookers in January for our stay end of May for 5 nights. As we missed our connecting flight due to delays, we arrived a day later. After sleeping only a couple of hours in Germany we were happy to get to the hotel. However, we were told that we the hotel was fully booked,... more

Dear Guest, by reading your review I saw a big disappointment by you and this is so sad for me because, if I am not wrong, you missed your flight so you did a first night of no show and, for all cancellations policy you missed your reservation. At the moment of your arrival, instead of telling you that your...

We always check the reviews on tripadvisor before our holidays, and this time my husband and I (on our honeymoon) were slightly concerned by some previous guest comments. However we found the hotel had great staff who were always very friendly and happy to help, the room was very clean and decorated nicely, breakfast was good, the mini bar was... more

Fantastic staff contributed to making our 5 nights stay a most memorable one! Nice and clean hotel. Our only objection was the size of our room, but that was of minor importance. Excellent location for exploring many of the wonderful sights, and the Metro at walking distance. We never regretted having chosen Hotel Veneto and hope to be back!!! more

Hotel Veneto is such an ideal place to stay... a few blocks from Via Veneto - quite a nice strip with famous Cafes such as "Cafe De Paris", the cafe where Valentino & Giancarlo started the legacy of the label! The front desk was very helpful, esp. the concierge, Ilaria - who booked all of my tours during my entire... more

My husband and i recently stayed at Hotel Veneto and while it was a fantastic location, the hotel was disappointing. The hotel's official website and the holiday website used to book it grades it as a 4 star hotel but i feel that it was 3 star. Our room did not meet the 4 star rating as it was very... more
