It is old, the carpet smells, but I am extremely sensitive to smells. Lots of space in our room. The hotel is going thru a major remodeling. This hotel was absolutly horrific. It is being renovated, so there is scaffolding everywhere. the staff was not very helpful with directions. When you walk into the hotel, there are stains all over the carpet. The rooms are tiny, the air did not work. It was a huge disappointment.
