This was our first visit to Rome and the Hotel Sistina couldn't have been a better choice. Centrally located and within easy reach of all the sights. Friendly and helpful staff-who appreciated our efforts with their language. Rooms a bit tired but clean.Bed was comfortable and the bathroom really quite luxurious.Plenty of choice at breakfast. The Sistina wasn't our first choice, but we'd definitely go back. It's small and very friendly, brilliantly central and a laid-back place to stay. The rooms are beautifully old-fashioned, none of your inpersonal, formica, where-am-I-because-all-these-hotel-rooms-are-exactly-the same rubbish.
