We got a great rate on this Hotel and the Room was lovely, Staff were excellent and the breakfast was very good. It had a very slightly faded feel (I do mean this as a compliment!) but still very elegant. Would stay here again, the location is very good as well ! more

Family of 5 stayed at hotel for 3 days in July. We had 2 rooms and both were drab .. The rooms were in need of a fresh coat of paint. and the furniture/bed needs to be replaced. We expected more from this hotel based on what the travel agent told us, ratings and web site. Although the facility was... more

We just left two days ago and had two rooms on the third floor and they were 332 and our room was 327. I don,t understand all the complaints about this hotel as the rooms were done twice a day. they had great rates on line and all things promised were delivered including pickups and drop offs. We could find... more

We stayed 5 nights 4 days at this hotel.. if you plan to go on summer time, wont recommend this hotel at all . Air conditioning unit is so noisy , you feel like plane is taking off every second ..I told to reception, they said will look at it but nothing had been repaired during our stay. We had... more

This hotel meet all our expectations. We saw it the last time we were in Rome and my wife fell in love with it. We had a corner room with lovely views. It had clearly been completely redecorated recently and was in mint condition. The only negative was a noisy air conditioning unit. As it was going to be a... more

We stayed here for 4 nights and I expected more from such an expensive hotel. The breakfast had runny scrambled eggs, no sliced meat, cereal, yogart, and something close to turkey bacon that was weird. The room was very warm and we had to sleep with the window and patio door open which explained why the housekeepers left us earplugs... more

My wife and I went to Rome to see Scotland v Italy at rugby. We booked the hotel direct on the internet well in advance and got a 15% discount. We had a deluxe twin room which cost us 998 euros for five nights B&B. The buffet breakfast was excellent, there were always plenty of staff about to get you... more

having stayed at this hotel we have mixed feelings positives: bathroom, spacious room, lovely grand entrance reception area and lounge, location close to trevi fountain and spanish steps negatives: room could do with updating, air conditioning didnt work well more

Ambasciatori Palace is a 5 stars hotel in Rome. It's in front of USA Embassy, via Veneto, the heart of the "sixties" Dolce Vita. Now the street is full of medium quality / expensive restaurants and it's not so trendy. The structure is large and well cleaned with a large number of meeting rooms. Rooms are quite good, bedrooms ok,... more

Excellent location! The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The room was nice and the bathroom very spacious. I can assume that this hotel has enjoyed moments of glory some decades ago, but I suggest it needs some refurbishment. Nonetheless it is more than decent and reasonably priced for Rome standards, only a bit worn out. Breakfast is a... more
