The hotel location is excellent being near to buses, bus station and the crossing of the 2 metro lines. We changed our room after the first night as we (mother and daughter) were given a room which was far too small, with a double bed. Reception staff were reasonably helpful. Breakfast was adequate and continental, but staff should have replenished... more

We got transferred to this hotel after the hotel we had a reservation to had a plumbing problem. From the beginning the staff was overall cold and unhelpful unless it involved them receiving money. On a warm weekend, the air conditioners for the entire building were turned off but we were not told that until after repeated calls to have... more

This hotel was perfect for our needs. It was close to the subway and within walking distance of other sites. It was not as clean as I prefer but after spending the previous week in Germany with out air conditioning I felt as if I was in heaven once I arrived here. The bed's mattress left a lot to be desired... more

Stayed at the Fiamma Hotel from 9th to 12th March 2008. Very welcoming staff at reception. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Close to bus and train station and the centre of Rome. Just check that they do not have a lot of students staying. Very noisy one night, but a call to reception soon put a stop to... more

The room we were alocated to was ok, a bit smaller than we were expecting but we werent complaining until we opened... more

This was the worst hotel I EVER stayed at! The room was tiny, the door handle to our room was broken, there was no heater in the room (or it was broken), and there was a huge hole in our wall! As for the bathrooms, the shower and sink were tiny, there was mold all over the shower, the towels... more

When we arrived at this hotel we were told they did not have us booked in, we then showd him our booking reference but it was of no benefit at all. The staff was very unhelpful to us, we had to wait there for 5 hours until we were transferred. Eventually we left and went to another one of their... more
