Hotel Planet exceeded our expectations! The location across from Termini Station is very convenient for transportation purposes. Like any large city, central Rome at night has its share of interesting characters, but because of the high tourist volume, security is well maintained. The website and the photos of the Hotel Planet greatly misrepresent the dirty, unsanitary and unwelcoming reality of the establishment. The structure of the hotel is uncoordinated and inefficient making it necessary for one to travel to the 5th floor of the building to check in then back to the 2nd floor to the rooms.
