Central location, convenient to many attractions. Located very close to metro station for those sites too far to walk. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. They all seemed genuinely interested in making us fell welcome on our first trip to Europe. Very nice, quiet rooms and a very good restaurant. (You must also try Pizza Yok... more

This is very late in coming but none the least very important to us. Upon arriving in Rome very late one night for our first time we were greeted and welcomed by the most , courteous & professional team at your Hotel. I felt like family, thanks to Francesco & Roberto the Concierges. My husband & I do not speak... more

Our family stayed 4 nigths in the triple room. Very good service in hotel. Cosy restaurant with reasonable prices. Only minus sides from our point of view were lack of fresh juice on the breakfast table and a bit too hard beds. more

We have just returned from 5 weeks in europe and would rate Hotel Napolen as the hotel with the most helpful staff out of all the hotels we stayed at. The accomodation itself was neat and quiet, and the breakfast was much better than any other hotel offering throughout Italy. Much more than just bread and croissants.Franco and Roberto, the 2... more

Really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Great location. We walked to the Colosseum in about 10 mins! Termini Station very close. Although when we arrived at the station we were totally ripped off by a taxi driver who charged us €20 to travel what is one stop on the metro! Get the metro - don't be lazy like we were!... more

Excellent staff. Located right next to metro, 4 stops from spanish steps. Excellent value. Great food, we used restaurant in evening twice (lunch is OKish), cheap drinks, good air-con, comfortable beds - important after long walks. Within waliking distance to Colosseum. Tips -buy metro tickets at hotel, ask reception for map and where to go, queue for vatican in afternoon... more

This place is wonderful. The staff are genuinely friendly and happy to answer any questions. The rooms are comfy and have a decent sized shower! The food available is good and very reasonably priced. We ate there 4 out of 5 nights. After being on holiday for 5 weeks, we actually spent most of our time in the bar or... more

I booked this hotel on the strenght of the reviews on the trip advisor website. Abosolutely briliant. Great staff, food, accessibility to the metro. Even a complimentary bottle of Champers for my wifes birthday. "chin chin to Roberto and the friendly staff" Home from home if you ask me. You'll love it, I know we did more

Location of the hotel could not have been better! The Metro was right outside of the hotel. The Coliseum was 15 minutes away on foot. It was also within walking distance to a lot of regular shops, super markets and local boutiques etc. One thing I would like to point out was how amazing Franco the Concierge was. He always... more

My family of six spent 10 days in Italy starting with 4 days at the Napleon in Rome. First when we got off the plane there was a van waiting to take us to the hotel. The conciege was friendly and very helpful giving us directions and inexpensive trattorias to eat. The bedroom and bathroom were a good size and... more
