This is a fabulous resort hotel. We used our Hilton Honors Diamond reward. My husband, teenage daughter and I throughly enjoyed our stay for 10 days. Had a lovely room overlooking the lawn grounds and the heavely pool. The extensive buffet breakfast daily was the most impressive I have ever experience throughout Europe and America. Nice way to start each... more

As we are quite the spoiled travellers we were very eager to explore this hotel. IT DIDNT DISAPPOINT but truelly exceeded our expectations! The service was top notch 5 star and we enjoyed the exec. lounge with the amazing views of Rome. Pay the extra bit to get a room on the right side of the building (the rome side... more

Chose the hotel, knowing it was not in the center of town, thinking the breathtaking views would make up for the "inconvencience" of not being able to walk to the main tourist points. The pool was also an incentive, somewhere to relax after a long day walking the streets of Rome. To my absolute disappointment, our room overlooked a tower... more

What an amazing hotel, decorated with full Italian splendor. The constantly changing views of Rome where a wonderful backdrop to our visit. The indoor swimming pool is a revelation - a marble pool with a huge fireplace - it was a perfect refuge for chilled bones from waiting outside the Vatican on a very cold and wet Rome day in... more

We stayed in Hilton Cavalieri for 3 nights in April and experienced exellent services and great hospitality. It was my 3rd stay in the hotel, and it gets better for each stay. We got an upgrade to executive floor due to my HHonors Diamond status. The executive lounge is the best we have ever visited in any Hilton hotel. The... more

I stayed in the Cavalieri for a business conference in January; I have stayed in many 5* hotels for similar purposes and this has to be the best. The rooms were excellent, although mine overlooked the road and therefore a huge pylon type structure, but still had a little bit of view over the city. The terrace has stunning views... more

This hotel is a perfect choice if you want to get away from all the hustle and bustle at the end of the day. It is about a 30-45min ride from the Rome FCO airport and is only a 10-15 minute cab/shuttle ride in to the heart of all there is to see and do. If you are a Hilton... more

After spending two weeks in Sicily, we used our Hilton points for two nights in Rome before flying home. We used 40,000 points per night, which is very reasonable for the city and property. The price per night in US dollars was somewhere around $800/night, a price we would never pay, no matter how fabulous the hotel might be. As... more

We stayed at the Cavalieri Hilton for our 10th anniversary in March 2008. I cannot emphasize how excellent the service was. Sinisa, the concierge is the most professional, compassionate, and all-around excellent concierge we have ever worked with. He arranged everything we could possibly have wanted (restaurant reservations and recommendations, private tours of the Roman ruins and the Vatican), car... more

Arrived here with my wife about 1am to find the front door chained shut (odd) , rang the bell and waited about 10 minutes before anyone came to let us in. Got checked in only to find the key would not work in the door so had to trumble back along to reception where we waited a further 10 minutes.... more
