Paid up front for BB no breakfast provided first morning Went back to stay as arranged two days later - did not have the rooms w ensuite available even though they were paid for and got locked in a bathroom with broken door handle Breakfast very strange 1/2 apple,1/2 banana tea or coffee. Rooms clean but basic. more

This is the best B&B i've seen in a long time. The rooms are very clean, with no extras but with everything you will need. Breakfast is great, location is perfect, just next Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore and the Termini. Marta, the owner, is very nice and makes you feel at home. more
