We had made our reservation to stay here for three nights. We had paperwork confirming our reservation. The day before we were going to drive there, we called to get directions. Rosella answered and said she had no reservation for us. The lady at the hotel where we were staying talked with her for us and Rosella became very rude... more

This is a very beautiful church that we just happened upon while strolling around trastevere one morning, our biggest regret was not bringing our camera that morning. Its a definate site to be seen in this beautiful city. more

This square is wonderful! You feel like a local. In the evenings, everyone comes out to talk and eat gelato around the fountain. There are restaurants and pizzarias. It looks like a postcard-type place. more

Walking about Trastevere, we just happened upon Santa Maria in Trastevere. What a happy accident! Neither of us are church-goers or ascribe to a formal religion, but we were so affected by the serene peacefulness of this lovely little church that we just sat there in silence for awhile.
